Jana Brodani, Executive Director of the Czech Capital Market Association

Jana Brodani is an Executive Director of the Czech Capital Market Association since 2009 responsible for activities of the Association and Member of Board of Directors of the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA) since 2009. EFAMA is the representative association of the European investment management industry. Prior joining the Czech Capital Market Association in 2008, Jana had worked as a legal and tax consultant.
Mrs. Brodani has been member of various working groups implementing the European legislation (UCITS, AIFMD, MiFIDII) in the Czech law, she also participated at drafting the new act on collective investment vehicles in the Czech Republic. At the European level, Jana Brodani has been an active member of various initiatives, such as Vienna Initiative 2.
Jana Brodani holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Economics in Prague, Master's degree in Law from the Charles University in Prague, Master´s degree in Law (LLM) from University of London and postgraduate degree MAE from University of Lyon. Currently, Jana Brodani studies Ph.D at the Faculty of International Relations and the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the University of Economics in Prague.
